The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with garden views, everything was good. My room included a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a sitting area. The hotel's location was excellent in the centre of the village.

This place has a particularly good location, just steps away from a museum and the main square of the village, offering a variety of options and outstanding food.

I recently stayed at La Villa Des Remparts for one night on a business trip. The owner was extremely helpful and arranged for some fruits and drinks when all the dinner places in town were closed. The breakfast, with cakes prepared by the owner, was delicious. The room had a heater, which was perfect for the chilly night. The house itself was beautifully decorated and the owner's hospitality made me feel right at home. I look forward to returning for a holiday in the future.

We loved the friendly owners and their great company, along with the entertaining atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The building's style and Halloween decorations added to the overall charm. Although we didn't get a chance to use it, the quiet garden looked spacious and lovely. The hotel's proximity to our friend's house was a convenient bonus.

We felt very lucky during our stay and had no complaints at all.

I always come back here. Staff found my lost bracelet. Everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, dining area. Welcome drink, coffee shop, picnic area. Swimming pool, TV room. Kettle in room. Hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, horseback riding. Sun loungers, umbrellas. Children's pool, cots. Board games. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for New Year.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience! the beautifully decorated grand house was simply amazing. the backyard was a major highlight with plenty of space to relax and unwind. the spacious rooms were so cozy and comfortable. One of the best things about the hotel was its interesting location in a charming town with a very old square. We enjoyed exploring nearby towns and the easy access to all the attractions. the hospitality offered by the host was exceptional. Bertrand went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. the dinner served at the hotel was simply fantastic!

for those who dislike animals or are uncomfortable with them in eating areas might find this property a bit unsuitable.

the perfect paradise in labastide. beautiful rooms, luscious breakfast, and pampering hosts. wifi was always perfect, and the elegant parlor floor with dim lights and candles was a perfect backdrop for an aperitif. showers were hot, towels plush, and everything sparkly clean. a wonderful, luxurious stay.

No wine with dinner.

The house at La Villa Des Remparts was beautifully decorated and had a fabulous ambiance. The hosts, Greg and Bertrand, were welcoming and made me feel at home. The evening meal was fantastic, especially the armagnac. I was disappointed to miss the regular events hosted at the house, such as jazz concerts and art exhibitions, but I hope to catch them on a future visit. The nearby bastide village had some lovely restaurants and a charming local pub, where I was amazed to meet a lady who is still serving customers at the age of 87. I had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend this hidden gem in the Armagnac region.

Great room with a comfortable bed and nice views of the garden. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The location was ideal, within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

The overall experience at this hotel was underwhelming. The room was not as clean as expected, with dust on the table and a few hairs in the shower.

The hotel had excellent hospitality from the welcoming staff. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. It was conveniently located near other beautiful towns. The staff was also knowledgeable and helpful in recommending local activities.
